I operate a personal finance monitoring service for my own use. The service checks publicly published U.S. mortgage rate data and may send low-volume SMS notifications to my own mobile phone when configured thresholds are met.

Messaging

• Type: Account notifications / personal alerts (not marketing).
• Recipients: Only the business owner (sole proprietor).
• Opt-in: The owner voluntarily registers their own phone number for alerts.
• Frequency: At most one message per day when an alert condition is met; often zero.
