This policy describes how Cary Hernandez (“I”, sole proprietor) handles information for a personal mortgage rate alert service.
Information collected
- My own mobile phone number, used only to deliver alert messages I requested.
- Technical data processed by messaging providers (e.g., Twilio) to deliver SMS.
I do not collect phone numbers from the public, sell data, or send marketing messages.
How information is used
Information is used solely to send optional personal alerts about publicly available mortgage rate data to my own device when configured conditions are met.
Sharing
SMS delivery may use third-party carriers and Twilio as the messaging provider. No other third parties receive personal data for marketing purposes.
Retention
Phone numbers and messaging configuration are retained only as long as needed to operate the alert service and comply with carrier or provider requirements.
Your choices
As the sole recipient, I may stop alerts at any time by disabling the service or removing my number from the configuration.
